Hi there! QUICK post today as I’ve got to try and squeeze myself into a dress for a Christmas party this evening. I recently received my latest Simon Says Stamp order and of course, you know me….. I made a haul video for you all! Enjoy!!!
Welcome Welcome to another Simon Says Stamp challenge! Today’s challenge is all about SNOWFLAKES! The Design team is using GLITTER RITZ products this week! I love Glitter Ritz glitter. It is microfine glitter that is just perfect. Once you burnish it (rub over it with your finger or bone folder or something like that), the glitter stays PUT! I don’t know about you, but I hate getting glitter all over my hands and clothes!!! Here is a close up of the card under light, which hopefully reflects some of the sparkle from the glitter! But in real life, those penguins are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Instead of telling you how I made this card, how about I show you in this video!!!
The wonderfully amazing and sweet Heidi is offering up a $50 gift certificate to the Simon Says Stamp online store!!!!!! HELLO!!!!!! That’s awesome!!! I’ve got a wish list a MILE long (always)…..
Be sure to head on over the Simon Says Stamp challenge blog and take a look at the rest of the design team inspiration. Be prepared to have your socks blown off because they are all amazing!
Hi everyone! Back today with a long overdue (and much request) Simon Says Stamp haul!!!!! These goodies are from my latest order, with another on the way…. But before I get to it, please let me share some good news with you today! Most of you know after years of struggle, we are pregnant!!!! Today, we had our 18 week ultrasound and baby is looking very well! Guess we need to get a whole new wardrobe (I saved every SINGL THING of my sons, he) because It’s a girl! PINK PINK PINK!
Continued prayers for a safe pregnancy/delivery would be MUCH appreciated. I also received some other test results not pregnancy related that have me a little bit concerned, although I am trying to just hand it all over to God and trust that everything will be ok and I’m sure it will be…..
Alright, back to the post!!!! You can view the haul video here on the blog or over on my youtube channel.
And now for a little enabling. I love distress inks. You know me! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Use them ALL THE TIME! How stoked was I when Simon Says said they were selling the seasonal distress inks individually! I like most all of the colors, but some I knew I just would not use so this is just PERFECT!!!!!!!! My favorite colors are festive berries (gorgeous red), mowed lawn (perfect green), picked raspberry (amazing pink), seedless preserves (favorite purple of ALL TIME) and gathered twigs (gorgeous brown). And if you like orange tones, I love ripe permission!
I love stickles! They are fabulous and I have quite the assortment! A great versatile one to have is Rock Candy! How awesome is it that they have now released a DRY Rock Candy glitter?
Hi everyone! Here today with a real quick post. I filmed a Simon Says Stamp haul video a few days back and wanted to share with you all my goodies! Enjoy! Supply list at the end of this post!
Hi everyone! I’m here today with another Father’s Day card, and this time, I have a HOW TO video to go along with it!
I kept it pretty flat because I am mailing it, and I am super cheap and didn’t want to pay for the extra postage, lol!!! Here is a look at the back, added a bit of washi tape (did that off camera) for some more added color.
I used a lot of Lawn Fawn stamps and Hero Arts Shadow inks on this card so be sure to check out the supply list below!!!! I hope everyone has a great weekend. My weekend will be filled with memories, but sad all at the same time…..
Today I’ve got a Simon Says Haul video to share with you all today! All supplies purchased are listed at the end of this post… If you shop from Simon Says, please use my link by either clicking on any of the supplies or clicking on their banner to the left. Thank you so much!
Hi everyone! This week, the Sweet Stamp Shop has partnered up with the amazing Core’Dinations! They have the most amazing card stock that has a “core” color that coordinates with the surface color. It is so cool. They have glitter card stock, texture card stock and more. Be sure to check them out. I have never used their product before, but now that I have, I am sold!
Pairing this card stock up with adorable stamps from The Sweet Stamp Shop and you’ve got gold! I made a video showcasing some different techniques using the card stock and also on how I assembled the card! You can watch it here or over on my youtube channel in HD.
Here is a close up of the stamp set that I used for this project. Amazing, right? And perfect for me. My husband is in the military so this set has hit home with me!
Hi guys! If you follow me on Twitter or Facebook or Instagram or whatever social networking site…… You know I got my Distress Markers this weekend! I didn’t have much time to play with them because of Easter weekend and lots of family activities, but this morning I got some time! I LOVE THEM! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!!! They are so fun! I love my distress inks so it goes without saying, I am equally in love with the markers. I put together a little Technique video for you all. I hope you find it helpful! Now, I am a novice to these, so I would love to see what YOU create with your markers and techniques you have, so share, share, SHARE! You can watch my video here or over on my youtube channel!
