Shine Brightley with @Lawn Fawn lanterns

UPDATE: This card was a DO OVER! I originally posted the card, didn’t like it, made some pages and came up with this version. Hence, I am doing a DO OVER CHALLENGE. Check out my post here for the details and play along! Surely at some time in another, you had a card you wish you could just DO OVER! Now is your chance! Have fun…

Ok, this Lawn Fawn release was awesome. There may have only been one set released, but it is adorable! Seriously, I am loving those lanterns.  Perfect for coloring of paper piecing, which is what I did here using ADORABLE Cosmo Cricket patterned paper (togetherness pad and I JUST might have an extra paper pad to give away, hint hint – you think I should do another giveaway)?  I added some glossy accents to the rays and the tassle. I took two shades of twine, twisted them together and formed the frame. And then I added the bow images to one of the lanterns to finish it off.

Playing along in one of my all time favorite challenges – Wee Memories. This week’s challenge is the Live/Laugh/Love theme. I think this card would work for all three!!!! Play along! You have until the 18th! Two prizes up for grabs this week.

Also, have you  played along  Lawnscaping!  You’ve got 4 more days! Winner receive a free Lawn Fawn stamp set of their choice!
