Winter Trees: Hero Arts and Glitter

So in Florida, it was cooler all week. Like in the 50’s. I LOVED it! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE cold weather. This weekend, it jumped back up to the 80’s. What the heck? NOT loving that so much!  Happy about the cold weather, I made this card earlier in the week! I love the sparkle. It’s the WOW embossing powder. SO MUCH FUN (supplies below)…. Not much I had to do to this card because the gorgeous Hero Arts stamps paired with the WOW embossing powder sealed the deal for me… Here is a close up of it so you can see the true color and shine….

So much fun. I’d like to go to this place. The snow with the sparkling trees and hill tops! Thanks so much for stopping by. Enjoy your Sunday….

  1. Really gorgeous!
    That embossing powder is awesome.
Bought that magical background last week, can’t wait to use it!
    Happy Sunday!

  2. I’ll trade with you Laurel – you come here to Michigan where it’s currently 30 degrees, and I’ll go to Florida!!!!!!!!!! 🙂 Your card is gorgeous! I think I am really going to have to break down and buy this WOW ep, everyone raves about it. I can totally see how nice it covers on this!

  3. Laurel, I’ll trade places with you! I hate the cold and that’s all we’ve got coming for the next 5 or 6 months here in Minnesota!

I love this pretty card! That stamp sure speaks for itself and looks fabulous embossed in gold!

  4. I was anxious to see what you’d do with that stamp. This is really a FABULOUS card! That sparkle is killer! That gray blue and tan is a color scheme I am loving right now and considering for my living room!
