A Tweet Thank You using Gelatos and the Simon Says October Card Kit

Hi everyone! I had time in my craft room yesterday to make something real quick. SO, I pulled out on of the backgrounds I made from my Simply Gelatos video series (3 videos thus far… Life just got in the way… Will make more as time permits). After I created the background, I applied a heavy coat of glaze and it gave it the PERFECT shine….. DELICIOUS.

I love the Simon Says Stamp card kits! They are absolutely fantastic and they make making cards so easy! Everything in the kits just goes together, so no thought involved in matching up papers, etc… Tip, I put a binder clip around all the papers so I always know which papers coordinate with each other once I un-assemble the box.

I took the stamp set from the kit (yes, it is available to purchase separately BUT for $10 more, you get ALL KINDS OF YUMMINESS, picture below), and stamped out a few of the images and fussy cut and simply adhered to the gelato based panel. I used my Wink of Stella pen to add some glitter to the tree and some glossy accents for the bird! I used a Design Memory Craft Big Brush marker for the sentiment and done.

I hope you enjoyed today’s card! Did you see my blog re-design? Yup! CHRISSIE ROCKS!
