Simon Says Stamp Challenge: SHAKE IT!

HE HE HE! That’s right! Shake it with us and play along  this week!!! We are making shaker style projects!!! AND we are using Simon Says Stamp exclusives this week!

So this is the second shaker style project I’ve ever made. The first one I made I filmed a video for, probably very unwise since I was figuring it out as I go! This one, I opted NOT to make a video this time, smart choice, eeh…. I made a shaker balloon…. I lined the back with cardstock so I could handwrite on it so this acts as a card! Or I can turn it into a tag. OR I can adhere it onto a card! Whatever floats my boat.

The sequins are a mixture from Pretty Pink Posh and Lawn Fawn. Mostly Pretty Pink Posh. Here is a close up! The patterned paper you see there came in the July Simon Says Stamp cardkit.

As a finishing touch, I added a white embossed sentiment strip and lots of fun twine colors…

  3. I think this is such an incredible shaker balloon!!! And I LOVE that you can still decide later whether to put it on a card or use it as a tag! Genius!! Love the pinky colors too!!!
